Role Overview
The Lead Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the integrated project schedule across all engineering, procurement, and construction phases. The successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are achieved in line with strategic objectives, providing visibility and forecasting to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master project schedule using industry-standard planning software (Primavera P6 preferred).
Coordinate and integrate schedules from contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor progress, analyse schedule performance, and identify potential risks or delays.
Prepare schedule updates, reports, and critical path analyses for project leadership.
Support change management and scenario planning to assess schedule impacts.
Lead scheduling workshops and align planning activities across disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in project planning/scheduling on large industrial EPC or greenfield projects.
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and related project controls tools.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in heavy industry (steel, energy, or process facilities) is highly desirable.
